Do I need permission from my parents to make a purchase?

If you're under 18, yes — you must have parental permission to make a purchase from our store. Unauthorized payments will result in your account being banned from HobbitMC and any associated services.

Am I allowed to buy something for other players?

Yes! You're welcome to purchase gifts for other players. Just remember, the cardholder is always responsible for the purchase.

Can I buy something for cracked accounts?

Nope. HobbitMC only supports legitimate Minecraft accounts. Any attempt to purchase for cracked accounts will be blocked.

What should I do if I didn't receive my package?

Our system usually processes payments within minutes, but if 15 minutes pass and you haven't received your items, please contact support [here] or open a ticket in our Discord.

Can I get a refund?
